Put your most frequently used items within convenient reach. Storage Drawers borrows ideas from Jabba and Bibliocraft, resulting in a highly functional, compact, and aesthetic storage solution that is meant to complement rather than replace those mods.

Usage

There is no traditional slotted inventory with these containers. Interaction is click-based similar to Jabba. Clicking on one of drawers on front will interact with that drawer.

  • Right-Click: Insert full stack in hand into drawer (or partial stack if the drawer fills).
  • Double-Right-Click: Insert all compatible stacks in inventory into drawer (or until drawer fills).
  • Left-Click: Remove a single item from the drawer.
  • Shift+Left-Click: Remove a full stack from the drawer.
  • Shift+Right-Click with empty hand: Open a UI to see exact item counts and manage applied upgrades.

The shift-click behavior is reversed from Jabba. This is based on the theory that you normally interact with stacks in Jabba, but will want to normally interact with single items in Storage Drawers. The controls can be reversed in the mod config to match Jabba.

Inventory Pets are animated creatures that live in your inventory and give you amazing special abilities, drops, buffs, utilities, defenses, and weapons in exchange for care and feeding. Each pet has unique foods they like to eat. Keep a small stack of this food anywhere in your inventory and they will find it and eat it.

This mod protects your items from despawning when you die by storing them on a dead body that you can later loot to get your stuff back. Your dead body is unharmed by fire, explosions, and falling, with configurations options to make your lootable bodies completely invulnerable (or more vulnerable, if you so choose). Simply right-click on a dead body to access its inventory. Use a shovel to dispose of your body after you looted it (3 hits with a shovel will remove the body).

When you die, this mod spawns a corpse (with your player skin, unless fancy corpses are disabled) and puts all of your inventory on the corpse. Damageable items suffer some damage (configurable), bit will never be destroyed. Even near-by items on the ground are sucked into your corpse, just in case you accidentally threw your sword at the zombie when you meant to attack it (D'oh!).

This mod creates a grave when you die in which lies a buried chest with your inventory and experience. However, you must have at least 2 chests in your inventory to dig a grave. The grave will be inscribed with your name and time of death. This helps to keep your things from getting lost or despawning.

It is about a Chest, that you can upgrade to how you want it to be. You can make a Cobblestone Generator out of it, you can make the Chest suck in nearby Items, or you can use the chest as a big furnace. There are many more upgrades, but you should discover them yourself.
