Soul Shards is a simple mod that allows you to store the souls of creatures inside gems for use in a Soul Cage to summon more of them later.

In the current releases, you obtain a shard by building a small structure and right clicking the center with a diamond. The first kill you get with a Shard in your inventory binds that shard to the killed entity. It will only receive souls from that entity from then on. To speed up the process, you can right click a Mob Spawner that contains the bound entity to increase it's stored amount by 200 (configurable).

1. Introduction
Welcome! Have you in the past built fortifications, prepared your base, crafted armor and secured your chests, then noticed that no threat ever shows up? This mod seeks to fix that. If you feel the regular mobs just aren't quite up to the challenge and you want to really test your defenses, then try this out. It also enables some useful recipes and items.

Invasion Mod gives you the ability to initiate an attack on the location of your choosing. The difficulty steadily ramps up and the mobs are designed to deal with base defenses. The behaviour of all invading mobs has been extensively revamped. Most mobs have new abilities and in this beta stage there are some new mobs and substantially more powerful mobs on the way, geared towards new roles.

-Spawn an invasion until a nexus is overwhelmed(most reliable way to test your base and no down time).
-Leave mobs to spawn around a nexus every couple nights if you want to go off and do other things.
-Set mobs to instead spawn randomly at night, like usual mobs but a potentially lot more of them(customisable).
-Items available, like rechargeable traps, to help defend.

Note: the nexus acts as a beacon and GUI for invasions(that's why it's there), but mobs spawning at night don't yet have any way of organising themselves around a player or central point.

The area you set up at will certainly take a bit of a beating (a large beating if you are very stubborn and last a long time), but there is no "massive destruction" or silly unfair mechanics that will randomly destroy all your work. This includes the nexus(it does not damage any blocks). Still, you can back up your map if you want..

Ever wanted to have soldiers with guns? If you said yes, then this mod is for you! This mod adds in:
- British Redcoats with muskets
- British Redcoats that attack with swords

- American Soldiers that attack with swords
- Two Blocks, the Britain Block and the American Block
- Muskets (take time to reload with musketballs)
- Musketballs

-American Block needs iron ingots to spawn in soldier

More Info(Please Read!):
You can use the muskets, but you must also have musketballs with you.
You must have an iron ingot to be able to spawn an American Soldier.
Right click an american soldier to make it follow you or click it again to make it protect the area.
The muskets also take time to reload with musketballs.
The soldiers have to also wait before shooting again.
The Redcoats and American soldiers spawn everywhere in groups!

So you're probably wondering to yourself "A mod involving clay? No Way! I need all the grey goop I can get for my brick castle!" Well put those tried, burnt hands to rest for a second and think about this: What if you could create your own miniature army out of clay and stage the most epic battles imaginable in a space small enough to be your backyard? Now before you accuse us of being a madman, take a look at this mod. Read ahead through the thread, and you'll see just what kind of violent mayhem you can cause with just a few simple materials plucked right from the ground.

Clay Soldiers
A clay soldier is an item you can hold in your hand. It is crafted using a clay block (for substance) and soulsand (for sustaining intelligent life). Once you have a nice little pile in your hands (up to 16), right-click to place them all at once or sneak-right-click to place only one.
They will quickly spread out and begin to roam the landscape. The soldiers walk slow and don't jump very high, but they have enough arm strength to climb up a single block. Unfortunately, since they lack a decent skeletal support structure (or even skin, for that matter), their delicate figures can be horribly mutilated by even the weakest of blows. A player can cripple a clay soldier in just a single punch.
So naturally, they aren't hostile towards anything bigger than themselves. But what in the world are they qualified to fight against? Other clay soldiers, of course! There are a whole lot of different teams you can craft your pale gray soldiers into: All 16 dyes (light gray count as regular soldiers for that matter) and even melon/pumpkin flavored! If you place two (or more) different teams and they can see each other, they immediately begin to fight.
You're probably thinking: "Well, that's neat and all, but is there anything to spice up the fights?" The answer is: Of course! Clay Soldiers can ride a plethora of different mounts and can hold a huge array of upgrades, on which you'll find out shortly.
